• Riverstone Apartments - A 324 unit apartment project under construction at Hwy 152 & Congress Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri adjacent to the Zona Rosa shopping center.
• Village of Overland Park - A 300 acre master planned community currently in the entitlement phase. The Village project incorporates a 1,100,000 s.f. regional outdoor lifestyle shopping center, 400,000 s.f. of office, a 400 bed hospital facility, 600 rental apartment units, a hotel, an assisted living project and over 300 single family homes.
• 39th & State Line - A mixed use project in the development phase which will include 40 condominium units and 3,600 s.f. of retail in an in-fill location across the street from the KU Medical Center. Situated on a mere 25,000 s.f. of land, the project density exceeds 70 units/acre including structured parking.
• 183rd & Quivira - A master planned development in the entitlement phase encompassing 252 acres in southern Johnson County including 71,000 s.f. of retail, 300 apartment units, a retirement community including over 300 villa units, and 280 single family homes.
• 95th & Renner Road - A master planned development in the entitlement phase encompassing 306 apartment units and 70,000 s.f. of retail space.
• Stonepost Ranch Apartments Phase II - an enlargement of an existing property through the acquisition of an additional 14 acres of land for development of 171 apartment units.

• Somerset Oaks Apartments - 227 units developed in 1999.
• Deer Creek Apartments - 404 units developed in 2001.
• Stonepost Ranch Apartments - 291 units developed in 2004.
• Avignon Apartments - 324 units developed in 2006.
• Newcastle Subdivision - A 252 lot subdivision in Kansas City, Missouri developed from 2000 - 2005 including all home building. Newcastle was one of the first large scale villa home developments in Kansas City.
• Deer Creek Reserve - A 51 lot subdivision developed from 2002 - 2004 in Overland Park, Kansas.
• Avignon Subdivision - A 153 lot subdivision currently under development in Olathe, Kansas. Part of the Avignon master planned community which contained Avignon Apartments, Avignon Villa Homes and Avignon Retail.
• Southmarket Shopping Center - A 550,000 s.f. retail power center anchored by Wal-Mart and Lowes located at 135th Street & State Line Road in Kansas City, Missouri.
• Avignon Retail - A 35,000 s.f. neighborhood center at 119th Street & Greenwood in Olathe, Kansas
• Deer Creek Plaza - An office development containing 60,000 s.f. located at 127th Street & Metcalf Avenue in Overland Park, Kansas.
