The Village of Overland Park is Kansas City’s newest and largest mixed-use development. Located at 159th Street and Hwy 69 in southern Overland Park, Kansas, the project is in one of the highest demographic growth areas in the country with trade area average household income exceeding $135,000 and access to two (2) interchanges on Highway 69, the primary north-south highway through southern Johnson County.
