The Winston Churchill condominium project converted an outdated 1950’s apartment building with 67 residential units into a contemporary condominium building with a minimalist approach which is located in the heart of the Country Club Plaza of Kansas City. The Plaza is Kansas City’s premier shopping and dining destination with over 120 boutique shops and 30 restaurants. The conversion included a complete renovation of all common areas and building out each new condominium home with custom details and cabinets selected by the buyers. The conversion was completed from 2006 – 2008 with sales ranging from $225 - $400/s.f.
