Part of the Deer Creek mixed-use project, Deer Creek Plaza was the development of two (2) executive lifestyle office buildings with 60,000 s.f. of space using a craftsmen architectural style with full length glass on many offices and warm, rich paneling and flagstone floors in the common areas. Building 1 consisting of 40,000 s.f. was developed in 2006 and Building 2 consisting of 20,000 s.f. was developed in 2008
