Located in the Avignon mixed-use community, Avignon Villa Homes is a 153 lot single family villa home project designed for empty nesters. Incorporating the Country French architecture style of the mixed-use community, the homes are located adjacent to an upscale neighborhood retail center with restaurants and services and the 8,000 s.f. upscale Avignon community building. The project was named the Grand Award Prize winner in the 2006 Spring Homes Tour awarded by the Kansas City Home Builders Association and demonstrates the commitment by PDG to designing communities integrating various types of rental and for-sale residential products.
